2+2 people masonry bungalows: bathroom with shower, one bedroom, living room with furnished kitchenette, outdoor table with chairs. 4 people masonry bungalows: bathroom with shower, two bedrooms, living room with furnished kitchenette. 4+2 people masonry bungalows: same as above, with two added beds in one room. All bungalows are furnished and equipped with household implements: pans, cutlery, glasses, gas cooker, refrigerator, sink, blankets. Porch at the entrance, parking place nearby. NO HEATING AVAILABLE IN BUNGALOWS PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF: V.A.T., final cleaning, use of the Ping-Pong table, volleyball, swimming pool (400 mq with separate pool for children), beach, and, at 100 m, soccer playground for 6 players. PRICES ARE NOT INCLUSIVE OF: tourist tax (¤ 0,50 per person, per day, from 13 years old up), videogames, tokens washing machines, tumble dryer, three lit tennis-courts, tennis instructor, 18 holes minigolf (at 100 m).
