Some basic rules

• Check in
  Registration of documents or "Fast Check-in", cash payment of tourist tax, delivery of badges for cars and ID bracelets.
  
  
• Underage guests
  Not accepted unless they are with their parents.
  
  
• Kids
  We suggest a discreet but careful surveillance in the common areas such as swimming pool, games and toilets.
  
  
• Cars and motorbikes:
  Each apartment/ has a private parking only for one car/motorbike. This parking place is inside the camping village.
  
  From Midnight to 7am it is not possible to move around the village with any vehicle.
  Unattended outdoor car park for those who arrive after Midnight.
  
  
• Visits:
  To ensure the tranquility of all, guests are asked to limit invitations to other people, who must always leave a personal document at the reception, pay the entrance as per the tariff shown and leave the car in the outdoor parking space.
  
  
• Dogs, pets and motorboats:
  Not allowed inside village.
  
  
• Minimum period of stay:
  Apartments
  Yellow and green area and red house: in medium and high season 2 days with free arrival
  Blue area: high season minimum stay of 1 week
  
  Guests in the apartments:
  Type 1: max 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids aged up to 12 years
  Type 2 and 4 : up to 4 persons
  Type 3 and 5: up to 6 persons
  Rooms must be the same chosen upon the arrival.
  
  The apartment is available to guests from 3.00 pm and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Check-in is possible until 8pm.
  
  Smoking inside the apartments is forbidden.
  
  Pitches
  In high season: 2 nights; free arrival; the day of presence begins and ends at 10 am.
  The Management is entitled to cancel the reservation after 8 pm on the day of arrival in the event that guests have not arrived or failed to communicate the delay.
  
  
• Booking confirmation
  Against the payment of 30% of the total amount. In case of short stays, a "non-refundable" reservation can be requested. The balance can be paid one week before arrival or upon arrival.
  
  
• Cancellation policy
  Must be made up to  72 hours before the chosen arrival date. Only in this case the deposit will be returned.
  In case of early departure or late arrival, no refund possible.
  
  
• Pool: Open from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Exclusive access for guests with ID bracelets.
