Some basic rules

Check-in
Delivery of the "Fast Check-in" form or registration of identification documents, cash payment of tourist tax, delivery of badges for cars and identification wristbands of the campsite for each guest, to be worn for the duration of the stay.
Underage guests
Underage guests are not accepted unless accompanied by parents.
Kids
We suggest a discreet but careful surveillance in the common areas such as swimming pool, play areas and toilets.
Cars and motorbikes
Each apartment/pitch has only one parking space available for a car/motorbike, which is exclusively dedicated to the apartment/pitch inside the camping village.
In case you have more than one car, you will have to park the other one(s) outside the camping village in the reserved unattended parking lot.

From midnight to 7 a.m. it is not possible to drive inside the village with any vehicle. It is possible to enter the camping village during that time only through the pedestrian walkway. The car/motorbike must be left outside the camping village in the reserved unattended parking lot.
Visits
To ensure everyone's peace of mind, the guest is requested to limit invitations to other people. Visitors may enter after leaving an ID (which will be returned upon leaving) at the front desk. They must also pay the fee shown and must wear mandatory identification wristbands throughout their stay.
Visitors' cars/motorcycles are considered as additional cars for each apartment/pitch and therefore must be parked outside the camping village in the reserved unattended parking lot.
Dogs, pets and motorboats
Not allowed inside the accommodations.
Minimum period of stay
Apartments
Yellow, green and red house zone: in mid and high season 2 days with arrival possible on any day
Blue zone: high season - minimum stay of 1 week

Apartments are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Check-in is possible until 8 p.m.
Guests in the apartments:
Type 1: max 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids aged up to 12 years
Type 2 and 4: up to 4 persons
Type 3 and 5: up to 6 persons

Guests must always be the same as those who checked in upon arrival.

No smoking in the apartments
Pitches
In high season: 2 nights. Arrival on any day of the week by 8 p.m.
The days of stay begin and end at 10 a.m.

Management reserves the right to cancel the reservation of the apartment/pitch after 8 p.m. on the day of arrival if the guest has not arrived or has not reported the delay.
Booking confirmation
Guests are required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay. In the case of short stays, it may be "non-refundable." The balance may be paid one week before arrival or at the time of arrival itself.
Booking cancellation without penalty
It is possible to cancel the reservation up to 72 hours before the day of arrival. Within this deadline, the deposit will be refunded without penalty. There will be no refund in case of early departure or late arrival.
Pool:
The pool area is open every morning from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and every afternoon from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., as specified in the regulations.
Only guests with ID wristbands of the camping village may enter.
