All apartments are furnished and equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses, stove (gas stove in all areas except Red House), refrigerator, sink, blankets, deck chairs.

Each apartment has an allocated parking space within the village for only one car.
There is no television and smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
