Framed by the natural beauty of Lake Garda, in the Manerba area, the apartments for 4 people in our village are the answer for those traveling in small groups: whether they are couples or families with children, all our guests will find suitable accommodation.
The alternatives are more than one: you just have to choose the area in which you would like to stay.
RED HOUSE
From the union of the 201 and 202 apartments, an ideal three-room apartment is born for couples of friends with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two independent entrances. Air conditioning and first linen supply are included in the price. There is a common living area with induction hob, microwave oven, American coffee machine, dishwasher and table and kitchen utensils. Large terrace with beautiful views of the lake and the pool. Downstairs you will find a restaurant, pizzeria and cafeteria.
BLUE AREA
NIn the blue zone, the closest to Lake Garda and the swimming pool, the three-roomed apartments (type 2) are coupled and arranged in a semicircleThe apartments, characterized by lake views, offer two bedrooms with twin beds that can be joined together bathroom with shower, living area with equipped kitchenette. The porch furnished with a table, chairs and deck chairs invites to pleasant moments of relaxation and conviviality. Access to cars is not allowed and parking is only 70 meters away, still within the village.
GREEN AREA
Close to all the main services of the village, in the shade of a century-old olive grove and plunged into the flowering oleanders, the three-room apartments (type 2) of the green area are coupled and composed of two bedrooms with twin beds that can be joined together, living area with kitchenette equipped, bathroom with shower and spacious porch (with table, chairs and deckchairs) without lake view, from which to enjoy slow lake rhythms in complete relaxation. Each apartment has a dedicated parking area along the inner perimeter of the village, just 20 meters away.
YELLOW AREA
The yellow area is the most secluded of the village and is spread over an area that is animated on different levels, surrounded by oaks, plane trees and locust trees. It is ideal for those seeking quiet (type 2). It is located at a maximum distance of 200 meters from the lake and from the common areas. Here the units are single and well spaced, some with the possibility of parking near the apartment. The three-room apartments of type 4 have a bunk bed in the second bedroom and overlook the area dedicated to sports activities.
