Dear guests,
As we look ahead to the future of hospitality and travel, we decide to change booking and cancellation policy: we understand your needs for flexibility when planning future travel to Italy so we encourage you to read and pay attention to the following simply rules and contact us if you need more info.
New booking conditions
For reservations from October, the 1st to December, 31th: prepayment within the end of February 2021.
For reservations from January 2021, the 1st: prepayment within 30 days of booking.
If the payment is not made at the required time, the reservation will be cancelled.
30% payment in advance to confirm the reservation by bank transfer.
For online reservation booked via travel agents or travel professionals, please contact the booking provider for information about their policies.
New cancellation policy
It will be possible to cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your arrival. The prepayment will be entirely refunded. Please contact us via email within the reported deadline.
In case of health or unplanned conditions due to current situation, all the prepayment will be refunded. Please contact us in this case asap.
